Our Cuisine 2.0

La Grande Classe is now equipped with a new, fully-fitted training kitchen, designed to provide students in the PSR program with learning conditions that closely resemble a real professional environment. This new space allows the instructor to deliver practical lessons in a modern and functional setting, complete with all the essential equipment used in restaurant and fast-food service. Students can thus practice culinary techniques, organization, and professional skills in a realistic context, enhancing their competency development and preparing them for the field.

At La Grande Classe, apprentices also benefit from a free lunch each day, prepared directly in this same training kitchen. This allows them to enjoy a convivial moment while experiencing dishes made according to the professional standards they are learning.
